What is Deep Sleep

 In Deep Sleep, a living person appears like a dead body or like a new born baby. In deep sleep, there are no dreams. 
The energy which was spent during waking period is regained during deep sleep and all parts of his body get rest. 
During deep sleep the rate of breathing and pulse slow down. Blood supply to brain is reduced. One who is in deep sleep loses sense of hearing and touch.
Before waking, first the sense of hearing returns and then the sense of touch. 

 One who has control over his mind and thoughts, he can sleep anywhere, any time. 
For example, Mahatma Gandhi could fall sleep whenever he wished. 
It should be remembered that three hours deep sleep gives more rest than eight hours shallow sleep. 
Napolean used to sleep only three hours during night.  But he fell in deep sleep when he went to bed.

How many hours one should Sleep ?


Ordinary 6 to 8 hours sleep is sufficient for any person. But just as it is difficult to say how much one should eat, similarly , it is not possible to say exactly how long a person should sleep

A new born baby sleeps much longer than a grown up person, because for his growth, his vital force must work peacefully. 

Generally, a small child sleeps 15-16 hours. Those who are old, sick, weak or women who has delivered need more sleep than men. Pregnant women should also sleep more.

Scientist and doctors have, after various experiments, advises following duration of sleep for different age groups :-
Age                               Hours of Sleep

1 to 6 weeks                           22
1 to 2 Years                            18
2 to 3 Years                            15 - 17
3 to 4 Years                            14 - 16
4 to 6 Years                            13 - 15
6 to 9 Years                            10 - 12
9 to 13 Years                           9 - 10
13 to 15 Years                         8 - 10
Above 15 Years                       7 - 8


To sleep more than necessary is to invite illness. It is also harmful to leave bed without completing sleep. One should pay greater attention to have deep sleep

Four hours of deep sleep is more beneficial than 8 hours of disturbed sleep.

How To Gain Body Weight | Gaining Body Weight Tips


Introduction:

Every Person has a certain weight which depends on his/her age and height. If the weight is less than he presumed to be thin. There are person who eat large quantity of food but do not become FAT. They are healthy though they look lean and thin.

If a woman/person wants to lose her/his weight, it is not a difficult task But if a Woman/person wants to gain her/his Weight. It can be very hard for her/him. 

Look of thin people is not good and lean and thin body of a person describes that this person does not get enough meal at home or many persons chide to the thin people for it. 

There are several reasons of thinness illness or any other cause of thin body. Some people are thin because of hereditary reasons they do not become fat  in spite of taking nutritive meal. This kind of thinness is the result of hereditary reason If there ls any kind of flaw in the endocrine gland of a person, she becomes thin too in this situation, she should meet to the doctor for medical check up.

Here we are describing some tips to make a person fat

Treatment:

. Do full body Message Your own in the morning instead of gym or other exercise. Doing Message with your own hands will help to increase body weight. it will keep you in proper shape. It will also improve blood circulation in body.

. Meal should be taken at least for three times in a day. Breakfast should be nutritive and mid day and final meal or the day should contain all the needed requirements of the body. Lunch can be taken at this time But appetite should not be destroyed with the lunch Fruit juice, milk, ice cream or cake can be taken during day

. Eat 1-2 Banana after finishing your food. 

. Smoking is not allowed before taking meal at any rate because smoking ends appetite .


. Double your regular daily diet if you want to gain weight and keep on increasing your diet day by day. 

. Meal of good calorie should be taken in place of low calorie meal. You will become fat after some time by doing so.

. Meal should be chewed properly

. Give complete rest to the body and the person should take complete sleep too.

. If you take sound sleep at the noon and night the weight of the body increases.

. A person becomes fat by eating sweets, Jam, banana, honey, cake, biscuits, puddings etc.

. Taking fried things as cream, ghee and butter is beneficial to become fat.

. The use or meat and fish help to make the body fat.

. Sweet wine, beer and water which contain sweet gas should be taken to be fat.

. A person becomes fat by eating dry fruits, banana, grapes, peach etc.

. Avoid white Bread, Packed food and other items which leads you to constipation.
